Kenney Bertz (Instructor/Co-Founder)
Kenney is a 14 year active law enforcement officer in the Cincinnati area. He has spent 10 years as an active member of a regional SWAT Team and currently holds the position of Team Leader and Assistant Training Cadre. He has obtained and stays current in multiple instructor level certifications but specializes in teaching firearms and tactics. Kenney continues to pursue outside training to push his own personal development and to improve the quality of the training he provides.
Kenney's focus is to be an integral part of the driving force that is changing the way we approach modern firearms training, especially within the law enforcement community.

Mike Lang (Instructor/Co-Founder)
Mike is a 24 year active law enforcement officer in the Cincinnati area. He has spent 15+ years as an active member of a regional SWAT Team and currently holds the position of Lead Instructor Cadre. Mike has obtained and stays current in multiple instructor level certifications but specializes in firearms and tactics training.
Mike is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, hiking and boating on the lake with his wife and kids. Mike spends most of his off time with his family chasing his two kids around their many sporting activities.

John Burton (Instructor/Co-Owner)
John is a 12 year active law enforcement officer in the Cincinnati area. He has spent 7 years as an active member of a regional SWAT team and currently holds positions as a sniper and assistant training cadre. John has obtained and maintains multiple instructor level certifications specializing in firearms and tactics training. John enjoys continually developing methods to improve shooting performance and optimize equipment for end users.

Wayne Speer (External Relations)
Wayne Speer has held executive positions in both private and public Fortune 500 companies and brings domestic and international experience in a wide range of industries.
For the past 16 years, he has been President of L.W. Speer & Associates LLC, assisting clients in strategy development and optimization, growth initiatives, and business model innovation.
